Nightmare Experience! Don’t Buy Before Reading This

I bought a UK number inside the app, then discovered I can’t use it at all until I verify my own local number inside Numero first. Here’s where the nightmare start, the app couldn’t send the verification SMS to my local number! I tried multiple times, waited forever, nothing came through. I contacted support and got nothing but copy-paste bot replies saying “please verify”, again and again, even though that’s exactly the problem I’m reporting! That’s what I was unable to do.Do not buy any number before successfully verifying your current number inside Numero. You will lose your money, and will get no help!

Bad service, I bought a 1G package and you will not know how data you have been using or how many still available (like another apps) The data will consume very quickly . I’ve been abroad and the package has been consumed very very quickly and need the internet for navigation and extra I bought another package but unfortunately didn’t work then I contacted them to see what they could do , they told me to be calm the problem will be resolved soon. And I waited 7 hours to resolve it and I didn’t need it any more because I reached to the hotel and I traveled the day after , So they stoled my money for nothing .
