Oakafé POS 4+

Oakafé POS is a user-friendly, and cost-friendly restaurant point-of-sale application which will help you start your restaurant business with your MacOS computer, quickly and without hassle! Data is stored locally hence business operations will stay uninterrupted even without data connection. Furthermore, it is ad-free, has no in-app purchase and no monthly subscription needed.

Oakafé POS has a menu-like ordering page, grouping items into categories, to reduce the time needed for each order. We also offer a sample database in-built, at initial installation, to help you learn how to use the application and set-up your own database in no-time.

Functions

Through Oakafé POS, you can:

- Be prepared for your business growth needs. You can setup 36 items in each of the 12 menu categories. Which means a total of 432 items can be entered for selling.
- Fit your business model. Oakafé POS is capable to handle different business models, no matter it is a dine-in restaurant, takeaway shop, pizza delivery shop, or a mix of them!
- Manage access to the system. Staff access to some functions can be restricted.
- Review sales performance with built-in reports (Monthly total sales, Daily cash report, Top 10 item, Daily income, Sales detail, Sales category).
- Export sales transactions to text (.txt) file.
- Offering discount becomes more flexible with added possibility of an negative value item. Your restaurant can now offer $5 discount for customer using their own takeaway mug, for example.
- Offer your customers with different payment methods. Customers can choose to pay by Cash, Vouchers or Credit Card.
- Closing for today:At the end of a business day or at defined periodic closing date, on-duty cashier need to verify the cash and other sales amount before official day-closing.
- Archive old data to history database, so that the app performance can stay optimal.
- Print Customer bill and Kitchen copy. (need to purchase suitable receipt wifi printer)
- Print barcode on receipt. For speedy payment process.
- Connect to a Cash Drawer. (need to purchase suitable RJ11 cash drawer)
