App crashes mid video sometimes specially when low battery alert shows up,
And it seems like it’s stuck on 480p for some reason
Doesn’t feel HD at all
Please provide way to control quality asap i want to watch GOT at the highest quality possible
But it’s good overall

With the amount of series and movies on it, you would be amazed. But what makes the experience worse is how the App crashes; like seriously how many times do I need to login? It signs out by itself, and even if you sign in it won’t necessarily work the first time! You have to login in over and over, and press on what you want to watch over and over for it to work!
The problem needs to be fix or you’ll lose your subscribers!

Excellent app, great content and very good movies. But when downloading the movie, some errors occur, such as the subtitles not appearing, or the sound is delayed from the picture, and it is not very clear why it is not HD quality
