It used to work very well on my phone but now I can’t choose to pay with cash instead of credit card. It gets stuck on credit card.
How much this app is bad
The app is awful first when tit beginning it was a good after that the driver are so rude there’s many when I order ones and I need 7 mins to get to car and tell them they cancelled it and it charges me 1 jd and there’s many when u go with them try to cursing
And harassment and i don’t feel save with this app actually right now I hate it because there’s a many time when I have a lecture they go away from u to cancel it and I get late to my lecture so if I can rate to no stars definitely I will do that .
Great
I loved it at the beginning, until most drivers started calling saying they are too far and I habe to cancel. If I cancel, I have to pay 1 jod cancellation fee and they get that money without working. I had to cancel 3 trips in one week. Then I deleted the app.
Shame, because is good. You shouldn't allow your drivers to accept a trip when they are 20 minutes away, doesn't make any sense.
