When Quds Paints started in 1994, there were only four employees in management, sales and production. Thus, they were the four partners themselves. Production was done late hours of the day, and then loaded up into a delivery truck for the distribution the next morning. It was a tough start facing many challenges i.e. financial, production, and marketing difficulties. Business continuity was questionable due to these challenges. Good planning, hardworking, and endurance converted Quds Paints to an outstanding success story in Jordanian Paints industrial sector. Today, Quds Paints is considered a major key player in that industry from a competitive qualitative and technological advancement prospective. Today, Quds Paints is employing over 150 employees, and holding a leading position among competition. It continues to triumph despite global economic crisis. Quds Paints is a continuation of a dream of success becoming real as a result of its human resources quality, its capabilities and its management. Our company recognition as one of the best leading companies in paints production in Jordan and the region. Our company is built to address the different needs of the various social levels with regard to quality and fair prices , to develop new products , and to expand its markets where benefits are not only returns for the company ,but its employees , its clients, and the environment.
