Your services are bad , we choose you thought the service is bad because of the price but this airline trying to cheat and take more money in every steps , , I had to pay 50 euro because your customer service at the airline didn’t allow me to chick on , they said it’s exactly two hours before and I should chuck in before two hours and we waited 2 and half hour till your plain take off .
Your email it’s not working it’s not active we can’t send you any email I tried for two days without success . Your app need lots of work , it’s always stuck when you want to type your information and didn’t accept the credit card’s name .take a look at easy jet app please
Sad to have this experience
I tried to make a check in online did not accept many times before arrived the airport , gave me a message something wrong …. Before the flight two and half an hour it works tried to make a check in but failed due to app problem .. then gave me a message we are closed to check in . That costs me 110 euro due to app and website problem …
