I lost my Money
I paid flight ticket by visa card and cut money from my account
and the payment not completed at Royal flights because the system or servicer of visa card has a problem from bank for all costumer, and I try to call bank many times by international call because I’m travel and no reply and no body back to contact me and also i lose my international balance :(, at the final i lost my money and I booked again flight from another bank and my money not returned.
Very bad app
Full of issues. Apple pay doesnt work, efwareerkom shows error “null” and i cant pay my bills. Also customer care doesn’t get back to u after 10 times calls. Very bad app and bank
