Its amazing and I’m really in love with its products the only thing that i hate about it is the shipping for example i live in jordan and when i want to buy something i have to pay for the shipping more than the product costs and i have to wait at leat 2 to 3 weeks but overall its products are just so nice

I see that the Shein application is the best application for shopping for clothes, accessories, household items, and many others, and their items are always excellent and not adulterated, but there is nothing missing, and there are really perfect discounts, but I hope they add products to BTS and Blackpink or K-pop products because that is wonderful and I hope If this happens, I advise everyone to download it immediately🫶🏻
Bad customer support service
Hi this is really weird i never experienced such bad customer service before from shein .. i’m trying to return some items. The button is disabled. Then i couldnt open a ticket or contact the customer support as the chat button and all options are disabled!!! It keeps directing me back to the robot agent!!! Moreover i tried to send a complaint about the customer service however when i searched for the complaint option it directed me again to the customer support that doesn’t work in the first place !!!! Additionally, no clear email to contact is mentioned in the whole application for such incidents
