Great Service, Poor Mobile App
The mobile app has many bugs, it’s also been stuck for the past year. Shipments doesn’t show on it and it’s a very basic app that doesn’t allow you to freely use the service. Web app is a 100 times better. You’d expect a better mobile app from aramex.

It’s hard time to work on corona virus time ... but your team doesn’t give an effort to do anything specially checking if they receive the order or not .
I ordered to US adress and the USPS shipping showed that it was delivered to your location... after few days not showing the order on account i called Aramix jordan who told me to send an email.
I sent an email and your team replied that the order was not delivered and i have to check with the USPS .
So i had sent to the shop I ordered from and opened a dispute and they sent to USPS ....
And after 7 days of that they sent me an email that they had already received the order!!!!!!
So i had to apologize for the shop I ordered from . And they thought am a spammer or trying to steal from them!!!!!!!!!!!!
All of that happened just because I trusted you Shop and Ship as a part of ARAMIX.
For your working team: So what about doing you job and checking if you had received or not and telling people it will be delayed not telling them it was not delivered!!!!!!!
Incompetent and unprofessional Service
Orders cannot be tracked by receiving warehouses, delays, if you don’t follow up orders get lost, orders are not complete. Customers service response to any complaint is that mail address is not listed on the order, which is not true, and proven with evidence. Unprofessional service. I am surprised they are still in business. I am canceling my account.
