And not just for the hilarious face filters and cool geographical photo tags. It’s become one of the best ways to share memories, maintain friendships, and stay up to date on news and views from our go-to websites.

Snapchat, your app works great but these things that I have noticed are making me start to dislike it. First of all, the old snapchat games, like color galaxy and bitmoji party, they are on another level of fun. We were able to play them with our friends and they were just moderated in a good way. In my free time, i would play those games, whenever my friends and I were on a call or chat we would bring it up and start playing. Those games were just so fun and it was devastating to know that they were removed. Please bring them back!!
Also, i’m not sure if it is a glitch that just occurred but it’s been 2 days since all of my old snapchat memories are not showing. I cant see them in the “one year ago today”, I just cant scroll down to them or view them. It’s strange, but glitches like those can be annoying since I need those photos and videos sometimes.

Dear Snapchat,
Snapchat is one of my top favorite apps of social media and I enjoy using it to communicate and take snaps with filter. I would like to state a complaint that I have been facing issues taking snaps with MANY filters that don’t even work; Whereas only 2-3 filters work on my Snapchat. Moreover, my Snapchat has been lagging a lot lately and I don’t even use vpn of any kind to use it. Also, regarding the Snapchat Ai new feature, it js very helpful and easy to use however some people are creeped by it so I would recommend to put options to whether choose to keep the Ai feature or not. I hope you read this and make updates because it has been quite less advanced experience than it used to be.
