The worst application I have ever used in my life. From the beginning of the search for a car to rent, you can tell that you are going to be overlooked. I chose a vehicle for 99 dirhams per day and ended up paying nearly 200 dirhams without exceeding my permissible kilometer limit. Other than that, the customer service is beyond their ability. Help me with something and they just say, "I can't do anything for you".

I get very bad experiences. I called the customer service more than 3 time just to delete my account and I send 2 emails and without any response. I rent a car at the first of December and i get tickets in 28th of December. Is it take more that 20 days to get a ticket.

The deletion of the account will take 30 days from the day of the request as we need to wait for any upcoming Salik or fine charges before we can fully delete your account.
