It got better

It got better and had issues with transferring the money in urpay with the bank account, but now its working and wanted to inform you about a new bug I found, in transfer to individual page, the purpose field is not showing the list anymore, this is a blocker for users, please fix it.

Unable to register

Rakhi bank should atleast make sure the application is functional before sending to their clients.

I am unable to register after going through all the steps and adding the sent OTP an error message with invalid client ID the same scenario was repeated 5 times.

Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.

Not working

I just downloaded the app to use with my bank in Jordan
I tried to register but i couldn't
It keeps telling me the password must contain lower case, upper case, number and special character with a minimum length of 8 characters

I followed all these rules but still not able to proceed!
