Vision City Bus mobile app helps you plan your trip easily and quickly; it provides real time information about buses schedules and expected arrival times.
How to use Vision City Bus app:
Register your name and your prepaid card number in order to access the features of the app,
You can check your card’s balance and you can recharge your card through the app using a credit card,
The app will recognize your current location as the starting point, if the starting point is different you can enter it,
Enter your destination point,
The fastest route will be shown on the map with information about stops, times and fare,
If you don’t have a prepaid card, you can purchase a one-time QR code ticket,
The app displays the nearest bus stops to you, notifications of service update and points of sale.

Version 2.6.9
We keep working to improve your Vision City Bus experience. In this version of Vision City Bus application, we have made performance and experience improvements;
- The trip planner has been updated. You can now view and search the city's landmarks in the trip planner.
- You can copy your card numbers from both the homepage and the card details page. It is now very easy to perform your card transactions.
-We've refreshed Vision City Bus for an upgraded experience and taken care of some bug fixes too.
Ratings and Reviews
Nice look on the app but in terms of actually working its so bad
So i downloaded the app , looks nice , went to charge using my card and i couldnt fill the card number or cvv when i pressed on it but i could fill other tabs , tried customer service and as soon as he knew that i had a card problem he straight up told his mate where i could hear and switched me to voicemail
Needs Polishing.
- The app feels clunky in comparison to other commuting apps I’ve used while living abroad. The apps I used were minimal, and optimal design-wise.
- Missing information. I need to know where the bus is, how long will it take for it to get to my pick-up location, and how long will it take for me to get to my destination. Additionally, I must know whether there is a route from my location to the destination as it doesn’t communicate that clearly.
Yes, I was delighted when I saw that we have this contemporary bus service however, this app feels like an unfinished product that desperately needs improvement as I struggle to use it.
Constantly lagging
While the app has the potential to be very beneficial and practical, it constantly stops working and is lagging which automatically makes it useless. Please work on fixing the bugs so that we could actually benefit from the app at all times which will lead to a better Amman Bus experience overall.
