Brilliant app and service

Friendly app easy to use , always updated , Great customer service full communication and order tracking status by status, they know what they do this is what makes them special in Amman and I think WashyWash App will be globally use.

My shoes got ruined! 😏

I love their service, very advanced and fast! And it’s also super easy! But i gave them a pair of expensive heels and they ruined it 😏 the color was nude and i asked them before sending it if they are able to clean it and they confirm it was not a big deal! They gave it back to me brown! I called and asked what was going on the guy told me they sprayed it with a protection spray and the color will go back to normal (nude) in a couple of days after wearing it! Till now its still brown! So basically my heels are ruined! They should have at least asked me before doing this move or told me it wont work! They even charged me extra for the dry clean! So i basically paid them to ruin my heels! 😩😏🤣

They made my life better

I have uses them several times already, all i can say is that these guys are always on time, honest, my clothes are always fresh and ironed perfectly, everyone i know already uses them and says the same, i used to hate dry cleaners until WashyWash came to Amman. Love these guys!!!
