The problem is not only about Zain expensive prices and bad service, but also this app is a complete failure. I was trying to change my password for the app since 2 months and every time I do it I will face ever lasting loading.
I have deleted and downloaded the app many times and nothing change , I wish Zain become professional company.
bad service
Today I asked zain cash on messenger that i want to cash out money from the nearest ATM so they told me that i should go there to do the steps i’ve been told. Then when I arrived there and did the steps i had a message saying “internal system error” i stood for nearly half an hour waiting for this to be corrected while i’m talking to one of the customer services on messenger too. Their respond was too slow especially in regard of me standing infront of the ATM for long time and i kept ask the employee why is this happening and how can i fix it they were not able to know how i do fix it !!! at the end they’ve told me that something is wrong still they don’t know what is it but they about to fix in the next hours omg ! I went back home and still waiting.
Unacceptable Service and Frustration with Zain
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Zain. The consistently poor network connectivity, dropped calls, and unresponsive customer support have left me frustrated and infuriated.
It is unacceptable that I am paying for a service that fails to meet even the basic standards. I demand immediate attention to this matter and expect a swift resolution. If these issues persist, I will have no choice but to consider terminating my contract with Zain.
I urge you to take this complaint seriously and address the issues promptly. Your customers deserve better than the subpar service they are currently receiving.
