You've picked up your kids from school, helped them with their homework and finally it's playtime. It is a time you cherish spending with the kids. What better way to spend time with them by just singing along and playing activities that will tickle their brain? This works especially well after a long day. With Lamsa all you have to do is click on the stories tab for a bedtime story session. There are plenty of characters and storylines to choose from. Our personal favorite is guiding grandfather Youssef to explore all types of birds from around the world.
Playtime is about to get a makeover with Lamsa, a children’s education app that aims to make the most out of your kid’s experience in a vibrant and interactive way with its stories and language learning videos. You might end up learning a new recipe by helping Hiba and Ryan make chocolate cookies. All you need to do is tap to crack the eggs, cut a piece of butter and spread the mix on the baking pan. Think of it as a subliminal way to for your child to improve their Arabic grammar and pronunciation since every step of the baking process is recited; all storylines are written and spelled out for them to follow along. This is a great chance for them to repeat the instructions out loud to enhance the learning process.
For each category listed, you get to choose the appropriate age group (general, under 5 years old, or 6 six and up) and within those categories there are videos to watch, stories to read, or coloring games and activities. Once you are happy with the material you can subscribe to unlock more episodes!
