Tricks you into traveling while standing - stay away from trains in Austria

This application does not alert you to the fact that your seats are not reserved, and others who presumably buy seats via local means will kick you and your small children our of your seats. Turned the end of an otherwise great trip into five hours of standing with small children. Recommend you not take trains in Austria using this app, and especially avoid if you are elderly or have small children.

we are very sorry that you did not have a pleasant train ride. Reservation of a seat is done in the app in the purchase process itself - after selecting the train for which you buy your train ticket. 21世紀のサイトとは思えない

便指定までは円滑に行くが、クレジットカード情報入力画面では苦労します。10回以上トライしましたが、ダメでした。結局ドイツ鉄道のサイトからチケットを入手しました。

超優秀アプリ

日本語には対応していませんがこれは凄いアプリです。

最初に支払い用クレジットカードを登録しておけば、次からは簡単にチケット購入できます。チケットはQRコードチケットとなります。列車内や改札付近で検札があった時はQRコードチケットを見せられるようにしておいてください。
その際はパスポート等の顔写真付きIDの持参もお忘れなく。
QRコードチケットとIDの両方を持参する事で使用可能となります。

QRコードチケットはオフラインでも使用可能。

遅延やPlatform変更などの情報も即座に反映されます。又、後何分で駅に着くなど親切に出来ています。
