The app provides a wide variety of health-related features, including weight, steps, diet, sleep, and menstruation tracking. With simple operation, health management is more enjoyable.

・ Hundreds of exercise videos, including Radio Calisthenics.

・ Automatic measurement of route, time, distance, pace, and calories burned for workouts (walking, running, cycling) with GPS.
・ Keep track of your alcohol consumption.
・ The menstrual diary can be used to predict menstrual periods and ovulation dates, and to help expectant mothers prepare for childbirth.
・ Easily record health checkup results.
・ A smoking cessation program to help you quit or reduce smoking.
・ Stress checks in accordance with the survey recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.

Compatible with all generations of Apple Watch.
Manage your health without carrying your phone around.
・ Automatically measures your number of steps (distance and calories) and heart rate.
・ Record and save your workout data for walking, running, and cycling.
・ Record weight, body fat percentage, alcohol consumption, menstruation, sleep, and data for smoking cessation challenges.

ウォーキングをして一時停止をし、リスタートしようとしたら固まった。渋々再度立ち上げたら一時停止前のデータが消えた。電波の問題とは思えない場所。
あと仕方ないけどめっちゃ電池くう…
間違ってスワイプして消してしまうと、歩いたデータ消えてしまう…切ない。途中からやり直し。
エクササイズした日もラジオ体操みたいにカレンダーにお花付くといい。
消費カロリーはそんなに消費してないだろと思いつつもやる気が出る笑

iOSのヘルスケアに連携できるしとっても便利。

Apple Watch使用で
iPhoneのグッピーヘルスケアアプリで表示される歩数と、Apple Watchのグッピーヘルスケアアプリで表示される歩数が連動しない。
睡眠時間がiPhoneのヘルスケアと異なる時間で同期されることがある。

また、ご不便をおかけしており、大変恐れ入ります。
歩数に関しましては、Apple Watchの歩数データがiOSヘルスケアに連携され、それがiPhoneのグッピーヘルスケアにくる仕組みとなっております。
そのため反映が遅くなり、それぞれの数値が合わないことがございます。
翌日には正しい数値が反映されておりますので、ご確認くださいませ。
また、睡眠時間のデータはiOSヘルスケアで登録されたデータの中からひとつが選択されてグッピーヘルスケアに連携されます。
睡眠時間のデータでiOSヘルスケア、グッピーヘルスケア以外のアプリで登録されたデータがあれば、
それが選択されている可能性もございますが、データの指定ができかねますので、何卒ご了承くださいませ。
ご不明点等ございましたら、ご状況を確認のうえ改善方法をご案内させていただきます。
