I love the products. Two complaints though.
1. The pomp on that refillable bottle for the Tea Tree soap is difficult to figure out. Maybe add something to the instructions. I kept twisting it but nothing came out 😂 so I took it back to the store and all they did was tighten the lid on the bottle and the pomp worked.
2. This week I felt disappointed that even though I installed the app (that I don’t really need) to get the points, it doesn’t work properly and the staff at the Kawasaki station Body shop store even had to apologize. Not only I couldn’t use the points I got before but I also couldn’t get the points from the new purchase I made this week. It was awkward for all of us. Please make sure the app works and the staff in all locations know how to use it so that customers didn’t feel like idiots.
With all that, even though I do like the products, I feel too embarrassed to go back to that store, so I’ll probably buy my skincare products in a different place.

・買い物かごに入れても保存されず、時間が経つと入れ直す必要がある。
・オンラインの購入履歴は個数が表示されない。
・買い物かごマークも商品検索画面にでていないので、カゴに何が入っているかわかりずらい。
・全体的に決済までスムーズに出来ない感じがします。

弊社のオンラインショップはおおよそログインから3時間経過いたしますとセッションが切れますため、買い物かごの中身が消去される仕組みになっております。ご不便をおかけしており申し訳ありません。いただきましたご意見をもとに今後も改善を検討してまいります。

新しいアプリ（緑色じゃない）に変えた後ログインできず、「パスワードを忘れた方へ」からやり直しても全く更新されず、都度ログイン出来ないエラーではねられます。
大切な時間をずいぶん無駄にしました。
アプリのレビューを見てみると似たようなコメントが多く寄せられているのに、どうして改修しないのでしょうか？
製品や製造者への特別な想いで事業を展開している優良企業と認識していましたが裏切られた感じで非常に残念です。
何のためにアプリを刷新？したのかな？ポイントも多く残っていたのに、顧客の持っているポイントをチャラにするのが目的だったら成功ですね。
