【機能】
研修医：進捗状況の確認、ステップラダーの評価依頼、通知
指導医：評価依頼の確認、研修医の進捗状況確認、ステップラダーの評価、通知
【評価を行うための手順】
1. 研修医：トップ画面から評価を依頼したい項目を選択して、QRコードを表示する。
2. 指導医：トップ画面から「QRコード読み取り」ボタンを選択してカメラを起動し、研修医が提示したQRコードを読み取る。
3. 指導医：その場で評価を入力するか「後で評価」ボタンから、評価を保留することが出来る。※入力内容は残らないので注意。
4. 研修医：評価を完了した場合、通知やトップ画面から評価を確認することが出来る。再度評価を依頼したい場合は、QRコードを指導医に読み取ってもらう。
