ポータブルカルテの主な機能
1. アクティビティ
連携した病院の電子カルテや今後の通院予定を閲覧できます。
2. 処方
連携した病院で、これまでに処方指示を受けた薬を閲覧できます。
3. データ連携
本サービスに対応する病院で提示されるQRコードを、本アプリで読取ることで、病院と連携できます。
また、自身の健康データ利用についての同意を管理できます。
4. プロフィール
「アレルギー」「ワクチン接種」「病歴」の情報を閲覧できます。
このアプリでは、Appleのヘルスケアアプリから、健康データを読み出します。
健康データの読み出しに許可いただき、その共有に同意いただくことで、本サービスに対応する病院と健康データを共有できます。
