Waiting for the shuttle
I booked a pick up 1 day in advance for 09:00am. They didn’t accept my request and changed it for 09:15am. Today, it is saying the pick up is 09:19am. It is 09:36am right now, app is showing they are arriving since 09:19 am but I can’t see the vehicle coming and there is no phone number to call them. Almost 20 min left and still don’t know if they are coming or not. Vehicle 102
No sms verification, why DOB?
As others said, no text verification was sent to a phone number (JP number). Was able to register using the email but they should fix this. Odd to share a gender and DoB with a driver I thought.
Haven’t actually used the ride yet but reading on reviews it’ll have to be not very time-sensitive one…

白馬に行く際に使えたらと思って、会員登録しようとしたが電話番号とかメールアドレスを入力しても認証コードが全く届かない！！全然使えない！何これ？！
