Great game but minor bugs need to be fixed

The game is really fun but there are something wrong happening recently.

First, “Server is not responding. Please try again in 15 minutes” message show up quite frequently these days.

Second, when I was playing the Naples Airport stages 48 and 49, the left screen was not responding to my touching so that I couldn’t cut the pizza into slices. The strange part was that the rest of the screen did not have any problems and was functioned properly. But I still need to restart the game since resume button didn’t change anything.

All in all, the game is really great and I’m enjoying playing it. Please fix the minor bugs and I’m looking forward to more new airports!

大好きなゲーム！

運営さんがとても親切です。
友達を招待したのに報酬が入らなくて、問い合わせをしたところ、年末年始ということもあってか少々時間は掛かりましたが
年明けに無事報酬が入りました。
大好きなゲームなので友達ともやりたいし、ちゃんと報酬も欲しい！

The management is very kind. Although there was a delay in receiving rewards after inviting friends and inquiring, possibly due to the year-end and New Year holidays, I received the rewards safely in the new year. Since it's a beloved game, I want to play it with friends and receive rewards properly! I can invite friends confidently in the future. They promptly address concerns, and it's reassuring that they explain the situation if a response might be delayed. Thank you very much!

バグを修正してください

ゲームは面白くてハマってますが、バグに迷惑しています。

ジェムを購入しています。ジェムを燃料に交換したりしていますが、バグのためにプレイできないのに燃料が消費され、既に200以上の燃料を失っています。

最も頻発し酷いのは、ゲームスタート直後に”Don’t forget to use Souvenirs to help you reach high scores!”と表示され、お土産をタップできるのみで、CAと手のアニメが消えず、30分ほど待ってもゲームを再開できないためアプリを再起動するしかないケースです。燃料はしっかり10消費されます。連続して出ることもあります。酷いです。頻発しています。迷惑しています。

燃料を10失うバグは他に次のものがあります。
・ゲームスタート直後にアプリが終了（落ちる）
・プレイ中に突然、広告動画が再生され終了
・ネットワークの通信速度と状態は良いのに、サーバーエラーで終了

燃料かお金を返して欲しいです。

またrewards にもバグがあります。広告を再生して無料で燃料をゲットできるrewardがありますが、再生しても燃料が増えないことがあります。しかし再生回数はカウントされるため、1日に10再生しても5しか取得できないことがあります。

これらの不具合は、アプリ起動後に、Pocket Stylerなど、他のアプリを勧める宣伝が出るようになってから発生するようになった印象です。

ゲームは楽しいですが、燃料を消費する不具合頻発ですので、課金は無駄になります。
