Fix the payment system

The payment system by credit card is not working well, it charges twice, error screen but payment success, etc. please fix that.

Denied refund due to glitch on app

I canceled a booking as I booked another bus on the same app.

The got a cancellation confirmation on the screen.
But, it seems the cancellation request did not receive to the server.

Ultimately, the ticket I was intended to cancel dis not cancel and I was given no refund.

In response to my query, they say, my cancellation request was not logged into their servers.
That’s exactly what I was also complaining about.

Also, they mentioned that they cannot find a log that I pressed on the cancellation request. Obviously you won’t find because I have denied logging analytics when I installed the app.

But, they consistently say, there will still be some kind of logs of me from the app.
Are you saying you are still recording my events on the app even after I denied access to logging when I installed the app? This is a serious privacy violation and Apple should look into it.
