大好きよ！
デザインが、大好き！もちろん、着ても良い。
個人的な好みで以前のような、パイナップルやトゥッカーノ、お花柄などなど(ブラジル人デザイナー)
もっとポップでカラフルな自分が、着て楽しい。他人が見ても楽しく、心も身体も弾むようなデザインのウエアやシューズが増えたら嬉しいなぁ。
大好きたから言いたい。サイズが小さめなのは少しいただけないなぁ。グローバルサイズと言っているが、日本人はそんなに小さくないぞ！
日本サイズMで、購入したら、なんと実質のサイズはXS？！ぴちぴち過ぎだよ。これは、いくら何でも酷い。特に素材の伸縮性がないタイプのウェアは通常の日本サイズのXSよりも小さめに感じる。
電話で問い合わせたら、グローバルサイズだなんて言われたけれど世界共通のサイズにして欲しい！！！！！
不良品でも態度を悪い！
ジャージのセットアップを購入。
購入して、1週間程度。
それまで着用なく、はじめて履いて気づいた。
パンツのワッペンがしっかり縫えて無く、指が入る状況に。
オペレーターに連絡。
事情を説明して、交換を希望。
不良なら交換しますが、確認しないと判断できませんとオペレーター。
交換なら、現在、下のストックがあと僅かと表示されていたので、送って交換までの間にサイズがなくなっても困るので、サイズ確保できますか？と聞いたら、
それは、できません。
いやいや。
交換するにしても確保しないと交換できないでしょ？
確認してからです。
はぁ？なんだこの対応は。
アディダス側のミスで不良品送っているのに、マニュアルの謝り方だけで、この態度。
そちらが不良品を検品せず送ってきたのに、それぐらい対応できるでしょ？というと、それはできません。
いやいや、ワッペンが縫えてない不良品なんだから、交換するというなら確保してよ。
確保はできません。
確認してからの判断です。
在庫なくなったら意味ないでしょ？
だから言っているんだけど。
できません。
念のため、上司に確認してというと、確認しましたが
それは、できません。
じゃあ、もし在庫がなくなって、下がサイズないなら、セットアップのつもりで買ったので上もいらないから、返品します。
それは大丈夫だよね。
そちらが不良品を送ってきて、セットアップにできないんだから。
上下で欲しかったのにサイズが無くなった場合は、セットアップにならないから。
返品で。
申し訳ありません。
品番が違うので、個人的な理由で返品はできません。
じゃあ、修理してくれればいいよ。
申し訳ありません。
修理はできません。
そういうのはやっていません。
ずっとこの対応。
マニュアルで誤って誠意なし。
腹が立って電話切った。
結局、その後も数回話したが、
まったく話にならないので、自分で修理。
その後、何度か電話かかってきたが、修理したし、対応する気もないので無視した。
こんな最低な対応の会社は初めてなので、よくこんなのでやってるなと正直思う。
対応は三流だし、不良品をつかませても、上下の返品をさせないため。
いうならば、上下で品番が違うのは、どちらも返品させないため。
もしセットアップで買って、片方が不良品なら、品番違いは返品できないので、要注意。
実際にあったことなので、皆さんも注意して購入しましょう。
とにかく対応は最低。
それは肝に銘じて、購入したほうがいいです。
対応が最悪でした
友人の誕生日プレゼントに購入し４日後に届くように配送指定しました。
２日後メールで配送完了のメールが来ましたが、指定した日になっても商品がきませんでした。
メールに配送状況は配送番号から問い合わせ出来ますとアドレス書いてあったので配送会社のScatch! に問い合わせると、商品受注されていませんと表示されました。
adidas側に電話で問い合わせると、たしかにこちらで商品発送はしている、直接こちらから配送業者に電話で連絡できないのでお客様の方で問い合わせてみて欲しいと言われました。
配送業者に商品が届いてない事を伝えると、adidas側からはお届け指示が出ていないと伝えられました。
またadidasに電話すると先ほどもお伝えしたようにこちらは発送していますの一点張りで配送会社に直接問い合わせようともしませんでした。
自分の注文した商品が今どういう状況でいつ届くかもわかりません。
またScatch! にメールでadidasに電話で言われた事を送りましたが返答がありません。
自分が仕事してて購入者に配送業者と自分の会社を何度も問い合わせさせるなんて事はあり得ないので、今回の対応には驚きました。
誕生日プレゼントには間に合わないので再度他で探す事になりました。
2度と利用する事はありません。
