A Disappointing Experience with Unethical Practices

I am writing this review with a heavy heart, as I had high hopes for this application. However, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the unethical practices I encountered.

From the onset, Adspire presented itself as a reputable and trustworthy application. The initial interactions were promising, and the services seemed to be top-notch. However, as time progressed, I began to notice discrepancies that raised red flags.

The first issue was the lack of transparency. The company gives you a 3 day trial followed by a 50,000 yen subscription for a year's use. I thought that this initial subscription fee was a bit high, but after checking the subscription plans I realized I was getting premium access. This sadly was not what I got, I still do not know what my money is being used to pay for. I say this because I was then asked to pay more for every advanced type of advertising in addition to the money I have already paid. The initial investment is misrepresented, it is difficult to fully understand the scope of their services and the associated costs. I was frequently met with hidden fees that were not discussed or included in the initial agreement. I was under the impression that this pro version cost would include features other than the basic AI generation of image content.

Moreover, the quality of their service was subpar. Promises of high-quality work were not met, and the end product was far from the standards they presented. Every advertisement I attempted to make was identical to the previous one. I honestly could not find any clear justification to this software existing, more or less the cost. It was clear that the company was more interested in making a quick profit rather than ensuring customer satisfaction or quality of work. This is apparent in their tiers level of their application as there are lower tiers, but the subscription throws you into the highest tier without the option of being in the lower tiers first.

In conclusion, this business operates on a foundation of dishonesty and deceit. Their lack of integrity and disregard for ethical business practices is disappointing and unacceptable. I strongly advise against engaging with this company and any of their applications. Their actions not only undermine their credibility.

Remember, a good business thrives on trust, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this company failed to uphold these values.

This review along with my screenshots will be submitted to Apple for review of this application and its questionable ethics.
