タスクが一生残ったままになる

25000個ほどの写真をバックアップしたが、約1日ほどかかりました……。
※他社製を使用したことはないがそういうもの？

1つの写真を転送するのに2-3秒かかるのも期待していたより遅いと感じましたが、一番の不満はタスクタブで「ファイル形式はサポートされていません」と表示されているものがずっと残っていることです。
これのせいで永遠にバックアップが終わりません。どの写真がサポートされていないのかわからないのもマイナスです。消去ボタンを押しても消えません。
せっかくアップロードエラーの項目があるのだからそこに移動させれば良いと思うのですが…。よくわからない仕様です。

フォルダタブも全く更新されないのも謎です。
PCから見たらちゃんとフォルダが作成されているのでバックアップはされているのですが、なぜかこのアプリを通すと2個目以上のフォルダが表示されません。

ASUSの子会社ということで期待していましたが、ここまで作り込みが甘いのには残念でなりません。

新たなバグ

スワイプのバグを修正していただきありがとうございます。ところが、最近バックアップをすると最後の1アイテムが完了せず、「アップロードが完了しました」というPush通知が無限に届きます。文字通り無限に。とても不思議な症状で、アプリのタスクを切ると通知は止まります。

Sorry for reply in English,
Can you check if delete the photo on the task and manually upload that photo again can help? Sometimes, it stuck in certain type of photo. Do you know what is the item photo type? Or sometimes, you have to re-enable backup again. You can provide the last item photo as well. You can email pinhaohuang@asustor.com for more help.
