タスクが一生残ったままになる

25000個ほどの写真をバックアップしたが、約1日ほどかかりました……。
※他社製を使用したことはないがそういうもの？

1つの写真を転送するのに2-3秒かかるのも期待していたより遅いと感じましたが、一番の不満はタスクタブで「ファイル形式はサポートされていません」と表示されているものがずっと残っていることです。
これのせいで永遠にバックアップが終わりません。どの写真がサポートされていないのかわからないのもマイナスです。消去ボタンを押しても消えません。
せっかくアップロードエラーの項目があるのだからそこに移動させれば良いと思うのですが…。よくわからない仕様です。

フォルダタブも全く更新されないのも謎です。
PCから見たらちゃんとフォルダが作成されているのでバックアップはされているのですが、なぜかこのアプリを通すと2個目以上のフォルダが表示されません。

ASUSの子会社ということで期待していましたが、ここまで作り込みが甘いのには残念でなりません。

動画再生がスムーズじゃない

アップロードした動画がスムーズに再生できない。MacのSafariから再生するとスムーズであるため、アプリでのみ発生する。

なお、LAN上で再生しており、接続速度も問題ない。

描画が遅い

いつかアプリを改善してくれると信じて2年ほど使いましたが、一向に改善されず。
他社NASに乗り換えます。
