I am a premium user of this app. I am Japanese and would like to send you a message using the translation app. It is very helpful for me in combating my smartphone addiction.
The first is to improve the problem of crashing when opening the screen to select an app on the iPhone.
The screen displayed "We've reported the issue to Apple." However, since the same problem occurred on the latest iPad air, which has a lot of capacity, it is highly likely that the problem is on the app side. Thank you for your cooperation in making this improvement.
Second, I would like to request that the "Usage limit" item, which is a blocking condition, be able to be used in conjunction with "Time" and "Location". Especially if it can be used in conjunction with "Time", it will prevent overuse of certain apps in a row.
I would be happy if you could reflect this. I will use it in the future. Sorry for the long post.

Thank you for your detailed feedback and suggestions! We understand how frustrating the crashes can be, but since our app relies on the system’s Screen Time, there are limitations on what we can address, as we often cannot see the root cause of these system-related crashes.
Regarding your second suggestion—combining "Usage Limit" with "Time" or "Location"—while this is possible on Android, iOS restrictions prevent us from implementing it currently. If the technical possibilities evolve in the future, we’ll be sure to explore this improvement. 😊

課金してます。でも、セール時に購入すれば年間2300円程度で課金できます。1ヶ月換算でも200円程度なのでお得ですね。 月200円で、毎日2時間の無駄な時間が減らせると考えると、すごくお得です… UXも完璧で、とても感覚的にスムーズに操作ができます。 可処分時間が大幅に増えて、ずっと前からやりたかった中国語やPythonの勉強をようやく始められました。 ありがとうございます！今後も継続して使います！

システム画面がクラッシュする（System screen crashes）
他のアプリだとブロックが効かなかったのですが、このアプリはきちんとブロックしてくれるため重宝しています。
ただ、ブロックリストを選択する時にシステム画面がクラッシュしてしまうのが唯一の難点です。
偶に上のバーで直接検索してもクラッシュしてしまい、アプリが追加できないという事態になります。
アプリが半分使えないということになっているため、改善をお願いいたします。

Hi! We understand how frustrating it can be when the system screen crashes, preventing you from blocking the apps you want. Unfortunately, these crashes are not caused by our app but are related to the system's screen time functionality. As we rely on the system's screen time to block apps, we are limited in what we can do when these crashes occur.
We recently discovered a potential workaround for blocking apps when the system screen crashes during the use of the search bar. If you start by typing an emoji before entering the app name in the search bar, the screen may not crash. Once you've typed the app name, you can delete the emoji and proceed with the search. - Simona
