My fave online shop!

I’ve been using ASOS online for years and always very satisfied. Only one time, a cup arrived broken though they gave us discount coupon instead of refund. For me, it’s acceptable because I just learned from it and I wouldn’t buy ceramic/glass item from abroad since then. Overall I love ASOS:)

Nice application

I like the application, everything went smoothly, but the only annoying thing was that over a period of time some of the goods move out from the cart. I know it’s a policy, but not all of them were shown in the suggestions below plus I merely bought 2 same dresses. Some people need to see all the options before placing a big order. Not like when it’s already decided that you want to buy this shirt and that’s all, you know. Also maybe if you could put models 3sizes along with their height it would make such a difference! Please consider this.

i like the app and i've been using it for almost two years now, but i noticed that to get free shipping to japan in an order the value's just getting higher. before it was £30 then £60 and now £80??? it's so expensive, why is it getting this expensive in less than a year? i wish it was still £30 or at least £60 such a shame
