Device not working - freezes Apple Watch

- device is not working. During a measurement the app freezes my Apple Watch. Only a power reset helps.
- after 1 week of trying to get it to work I had no success and the Aura2 device battery went flat.
- the measurement also activated the exercise app which should never happen dragging the watch battery.
- support asked for the log files but could only offer a replacement without offering to pay for postal and customs fees. No reason was given for the malfunctioning. They reimbursed the cost for the device.
- the company was not even well prepared for the latest OS update which made it impossible for all users that updated their watch and phones to use the device.

初期化、電池交換全て試しましたが、Watch 6 AURA appが起動しません　早期対応願います。
