It is quite difficult to start the Auto Express App

Dear Sir or Madam,
Resently, it is quite difficult to start the Auto Express App.
I have to reboot repeatedly my iPad and the Auto Express App, because the App was shut down and dissappeared to the background at the time of starting App, and the App doesn't response even I tapped it.
