運営がひど過ぎるmanagement is too much terrible
何もしていないのにアカウント停止処分された。どんな利用規約に違反したのか運営に問い合わせたところ、利用規約の全文をそのまま送ってきた。利用規約は知ってます。 具体的に利用規約のどの項目に違反したのか尋ねてるんです。でも利用規約を送る意外に何も対応してくれません。停止期間が終わるまで待つしかない。利用規約に違反したわけでもないのに、これはあまりにも不公平だ。 幻滅しました。 My account was suspended for something I did not do. When I asked the management what terms of service I violated, they sent me the full text of the terms of service as is. I know the terms of service. I'm asking specifically what section of the terms of service I violated. But they don't respond to me in any way other than sending me the terms of service. I have to wait until the suspension period is over. This is so unfair, even though I did not violate the terms of service. Disappoint

We understand that you're upset, but to keep Azar fun for everyone, we ban inappropriate behaviors like hateful and discriminatory speech, indecent exposure and/or profile photo. When you log in and select the "World-icon" tab, you can see the time the complaint was made, the reason and time period of your suspension.

会話をしているだけで凍結されてしまう恐れあり。
いつもこのアプリを通じて、語学勉強をさせてもらっています。
私は毎月VIP会員として国を選択し会話を楽しんでいましたが、いつも通り会話をしていたらヌード（半裸/全裸）というタグで1ヶ月間の使用禁止を命じられました。
会話とヌードの関連性もイマイチよくわかりませんが、何よりもしっかりと確認していない状態で罰則を加えるのは理解できません。
前にも一度そういうことがあり、結局間違えだということが判明して解除されましたが、二度も同じようなことがあると信頼を失います。
今回もサポートセンターにも問い合わせましたが、凍結になってしまった理由を説明するだけで、しっかりと確認してもらえませんでした。
次またVIP会員として利用するかはまだ分かりませんが、しっかりと通報に関するシステムを考え直した方がいいかもしれません。

There are some reasons for being suspended from Azar, such as hateful and discriminatory speech, indecent exposure and/or profile photo, and other inappropriate behaviors. You can see your suspension period and the reason why you have been banned from our service if you select the "World-icon" tab.
