I am so grateful for this app

The app is very easy to use, with lots of options for beginners to discover and improve meditation, but also different meditations everyday according to personal goals / mood. I used the 1-year free trial which was great to kind of make sure that I can use this app consistently, and I just bought it for another year.

I struggle with ADHD and always struggled with taking time to check up on myself, because I lack the ability to focus and get distracted by things. This app has made it very easy for me to create a meditation routine because of how satisfying it is to use, and how I can change the content of meditations everyday. I feel like a lot of the meditations offered are very helpful for ADHD symptoms and meditating has helped me greatly to feel more in touch with my feelings and thoughts, and be able to focus more.
The meditations offered acknowledge difficulties that we can encounter and do not ask us to pursue perfection but simply learning to acknowledge what we feel, which makes them a safe space to just check up on myself at the end of the day.

Simple but sufficient for beginners

I’m a total beginner of meditation, and I tried some other apps, include the famous app, before I landed on this one. Balance is, I think, the best for me because of its simple UI, soft and sophisticated illustrations, and the smooth personalization. I failed to meditate every day with other apps, but so far, it’s been 3weeks since I started to use this app. I meditate, not literally every day though, almost every day.

The reason I scored 4 instead of 5 is that sometimes I feel the app isn’t working when it goes complete silence in the middle of meditations. I open my eyes and touch my iPhone to see if it’s working in the case.

Nonetheless, this is a good app, and I recommend to anyone who wants to start meditation.

First step in meditation

As a beginner this app is really good and guide pretty well. I haven’t explored this entire content but it should satisfy people from beginner to intermediate level.
Also the interface is simple but not overwhelming. I recommend it!
