- To remove images and videos sent by accident or files that are out of date, experts and technicians can now delete files they sent from the chat history of an incident.
Archive Incidents:
- For an incident overview that is always up to date, users can archive incidents they do not want to monitor anymore.
Minor Bug Fixes:
- Screen sharing works reliably when using a VPN network
- Pictures taken and shared on iOS are not rotated by 90° anymore
