If you already have a BDO Online Banking account, just log in with your Online Banking username and password.

If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create a new password for the BDO Online app.

Step 1
On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my password.

Step 2
Set up your new password

Step 3
Log in with your Online Banking username and new password.

The password for the old Online Banking website and the BDO Digital Banking app is unchanged and maintained separately.

Can’t long in after update

This app just brought me stress and inconvenience experience.
After updating, the app requests me to re-log in with username and password, But I haven’t logged in even I tried many times with correct username and password. (I’ve checked to see if I could log in via a web browser using the username and password. And I could).
The same things happened before with an old BDO online banking app.
I can’t believe why BDO apps always have many issues. Didn’t they check the app before they release?

I’m so tired of like this things and have lost trust in this bank itself…

Useless Upgrade

I was expecting this to be a more useful app since BDO will switch to this from the older version. Yes, the interface is simple but that’s just it. Simple. What more, your saved third party accounts are gone so you cannot send your funds directly to your loved ones. I don’t know what BDO wants us to do, re-register the third party accounts? All other features are gone, too. I don’t know what is the whole point of changing to this version tbh.

Frustrating Log-In Experience and Decline in App Performance

I’ve been a long-time user of this service, but the recent changes have left me quite frustrated. Despite entering my correct account details, I can’t log in, which is incredibly inconvenient. The older app version was far more reliable and user-friendly in this regard.

It’s disappointing to see the app’s usefulness declining. I hope these issues are addressed soon to improve the user experience.
