"Upcoming tokens"が簡単に買えて便利

v2.5.2には下記の問題がありました。
1.購入締切日がオフィシャルサイトの締切日よりも早い。これは仕様なのか、それともタイムゾーンが考慮できていないバグなのか？

2.コインを購入する際に、取引所に移動して購入後の完了画面から、アプリに戻るを押してもアプリに戻れなかった(一度アプリを再起動)

3.最も外国語が苦手な民族用に日本語が対応されていない

サポート体制が皆無

get helpから問い合わせを入れても一週間以上返信なし。
swapは完了しているのに、ウォレットに反映されず売却もswapも何もできない状況について問い合わせを何回かいれたが、まったく返信なし。ずさんな管理と思わざるを得ないので、みなさん気をつけてください。

こちらに返信する時間と余裕があるのに、チケット起票してさらにHelpメールを送っているのに10日以上ノーレスポンスはありえない対応だと思います。本当にいい加減です。

ticketを起票しても二週間以上なんの返信もありません。使いやすいとはいえ、とにかく不安しか残りません。本当に気をつけてください。今後アップデートが繰り返されれば良くなるのかもしれませんが今は本当にお勧めできないです、気をつけて！

本当にサポートチームは機能してないです。いまはおすすめできないです。自分の資産を減らしたくないなら他のウォレットを強くお勧めします。
