マイナンバーカードへの対応

昨日7月1日から施行された改正法に伴って、16歳以上であれば運転免許証は必ずしも不要となり、従来免許証を認証していたところが、各種身分証を用いた年齢確認に置き換えられたはずであった。
実際、ヘルプセンターのテキストにも
アプリ上で以下のいずれか一つの身分証明書を提出いただき、年齢確認を行います。
運転免許証
パスポート
マイナンバーカード
との表記がある。
しかし、マイナンバーカードを選択して年齢確認を進めようとすると、
「この身分証明書の種類は、現在の場所では受け入れられません」
との文言が表示され、先に進むことができない。

おそらく翻訳が正確でないのだろうが、この表示では、何故先に進めないのか、どのように対処したらよいのか全く分からない。

この点を解決して頂き、また同時に、他社LUUPのアプリのように、マイナンバーカードの認証をアプリで行なえるように進めて頂きたい。

Overpriced

It would be an excellent service if it wasn’t so expensive. In some countries a taxi ride can cost you less than $10 and will get you there much faster than having to do all the work yourself. No matter which country I use this and it always costs more than $15, I don’t see the benefit since you’re getting all sweaty you’re doing all the work and most of these are powered by solar so should be cheaper than taxis or Ubers. Not to mention you also have the personal risk involved because these scooters can be extremely dangerous if you suddenly stop and get launched forward, they travel very fast…. The company should really lower the price of the ride.
