Very expensive fees
It’s easy to buy and sell crypto once you’ve done all the set up and verification. But the prices they charge are astronomical. Unless you expect to make extremely large profits BitFlyer is going to take the majority of your cash. For example, right now I have 270k yen in crypto assets at market price but if I want to sell them for yen they’ll give me only 220k, when I bought the current assets they charged me 40k above the market price.
In total I suspect BitFlyer has gained about 150k yen from me in its crazy charges and fees since I started. Making money using this app is possible if you’re clever but you can make much more money using a company that doesn't charge 30% premiums and purchases and sales.

Missing deposit
I have deposit ¥5.000.000 last week in my BitFlyer account but my money never got there. They only replied once saying maybe I have used a different name from my BF account that didn’t happen.
I have requested my bank to ask my money back and they don’t reply.
Very bad customer service and system.
I’m still waiting for a reply and my money back!
Wow. After some minutes posting this, they finally deposited my money in my BF account
They said the difference was my remitter name in katakana didn’t match my romanized name.
But I wrote both ways when I did the deposit.
Anyway, as they finally did the deposit, I’m gonna change 1 star to 3, because it took almost 4 week days to fix the problem even announced in the app site that they are a little slow on Mondays. (I did the deposit on Friday 2:30 pm).
I recommend to others users to make a small amount deposit first to check if it’s ok to avoid this kind of trouble.
