Taking advantage of a mobile or car-embedded Internet connection and a BlackVue dashcam, BlackVue Cloud connects you to your car through the Cloud. Using the BlackVue App on your smartphone or tablet, you see in real time where your car is located and what is happening around it.

Firmware update over the air
You can access your dashcam through a direct connection via Wi-Fi. Once connected, you can access all the videos stored on the dashcam's microSD card, adjust the camera angle, and modify BlackVue's settings as needed. You can also apply firmware updates wirelessly (FOTA).
BlackVue Cloud is a dedicated service for BlackVue users that allows you to access your BlackVue from anywhere at any time. Creating a BlackVue Cloud account is simple and free. After creating an account, you can register your Cloud-compatible BlackVue in the app and configure it to connect to your hotspot.

I'd like to see more time lapse options.

I would like to see the addition of the options of one every 0.5 seconds and one every 0.2 seconds, as one time lapse per second for parking surveillance may not capture the moment of a collision.

Could not connect

Installed this APP according to ptoduct description. However my DR-500GW can not be connected. Any special way to connect?

I think the renewal failed

Great service, but disappointed with this redesign.

1. It became difficult to see the current location icon of the car.
Previously, the icon was small and it was easy to see where you were running, but the icon has become larger and the location indicated by the balloon is quite difficult to understand. The previous one was definitely better.

2. No need to share other users' videos.
I wonder who wants this feature? I bought it to know the situation of my car, and I have no interest in how other people drive. You can also stream it on YouTube. The app was cluttered and very inconvenient.

3. The admin user's email address can never be changed.
The e-mail address linked to the payment cannot be changed again, and it is necessary to delete the registration once. Of course the record will be deleted. This is my first experience with this setting.

I am satisfied with the drive recorder, but the app design is terrible. Hope it improves.
