日本人1人旅！！！（英語できない低学歴男）
私は英語が少ししか話せないためチェックインで困っているときに、iPhoneの翻訳機を使って上手く受け答えをしてくれました。その後もスタッフの皆さんは困っている私を常に心配してくれて助けてくれました。布団もふかふかで寝心地いいし、立地もベンタイン市場の目の前だし、隣はコンビニ困ることは無いです。ベンタイン市場での買い物をしたい際は、チェックイン前に荷物を置かせてもらうことも出来ました。初めてのホステルでしたが、個人的にはすごい綺麗なホステルだと思います！ベッドの下にロッカーが付いていたりしましたが、部屋の皆さんが優しい人で盗まれる心配は全くなかったです！私は、自分の第二の家と呼べるくらい居心地のいい空間でした😀また行きます！
When I was having trouble checking in because I only speak a little English, the staff used the iPhone translator to help me out. After that, the staff were always concerned about me and helped me out. The futon was fluffy and comfortable, and the location is right in front of Ben Thanh Market, and there is a convenience store next door, so you won't have any trouble. If you want to shop at Ben Thanh Market, you can leave your luggage there before checking in. This was my first hostel, but I personally think it's a very clean hostel! There was a locker under the bed, but everyone in the room was kind and I didn't have to worry about it being stolen! It was such a comfortable space that I could call it my second home 😀 I'll go again!
トラブル時、カスタマーサポートは何の役にも立たない
当たり前ですが、トラブルがなければいいサイトです。（だってトラブルがないから）
ただトラブル時、カスタマーサポートとは何の役にも立たず連絡すら取れない。
booking.comで「レイトトチェックアウト可」の表記があったため連泊で予約したが、チェックイン時にホテルでレイトチェックアウトは出来ないと言われた。
アプリの表記を英語にしてホテルのスタッフに見せようとしたが、英語表記ではレイトチェックアウトについては何も表記がなかった。その旨をbooking.comのカスタマーサポートにメールすると、数時間後に「レイトチェックアウト可能」と返事があったが、日本語と英語表記の違いには一切触れず。仕方なく、ホテル側に再度交渉したが、やはり不可だった。
その後、何度も何度もメールしたが、カスタマーサポートから一切返信なし。メールをすると、24時間以内に返事があると表記されるが、24時間以内に返信があったのは、最初の一度のみであった。
結局、帰国後数日しても返信はなく、何度も問い合わせの電話をする羽目になった。その度に電話が繋がるまで待たされ、同じ話を何度もする羽目になる。（事前に何度もメッセージを送っているが、客と話す前にメッセージを読む気がない）
トラブルがレイトチェックアウトだったから、カスタマーサポートからの連絡がなくても大きな問題ではなかった。予約がない、他のホテルも空きがない、という状況からではなかったので助かった。
現在、別のトラブルで問い合わせしている。問い合わせから数日経ち、何度かメッセージを送付したが返信がないため、電話で連絡を取った。
社内の別部署から返信があり次第連絡するとのこと。いつまでに返信いただけるか聞いても、社内の調整にもかかわらず答えられないの一点張り。それに了承できないならサポートできないのとこと。変なの。
でもトラブルがなければいいサイトです。写真も多くわかりやすい。
予約ページに金額が違う
Bookingで予約して同じホテルで同じ日程で、予約したプランより安いプランが出る時が良くあります。前のプランをキャンセルしないと予約ページに行けません。キャンセルして安いプランに変更できる時もありました。
しかし、キャンセルして予約ページに移行すると表示されいた金額よりかなり高くなっている時があり、こちらはキャンセルしないと予約ページに行けないので、渋々キャンセル前より高いプランで、予約させられました。
この件を、メールで問い合わせると、質問と関係ない回答してきます。電話で問い合わせると、スクリーンショットを送る様にいわれました。たまたま、検索時に安い金額が出ているスクリーンショットを撮っていたので送ると、これはサービス料・税別の金額でなので予約ページに行くとサービス料・税込みの金額になるとか回答してきました。しかし、スクリーンショットにはサービス料・税金込みと表示が写っています。それを、指摘すると今度は、金額が高くなっていた予約ページのスクリーンショットを送くってくれと言って来ました。そんなの撮っていないと言うと、調べる事が出来ないと訳の分からない回答をしてきます。そのうちに検索ページと予約ページの金額がが異なるのは修正され、Booking側のミスを認めず、スクリーンショットを送ってくれないと調べる事が出来ないの一点張りでした。最後には、料金を設定するのはホテルなのですと、ホテルにミスを擦りつけてきた事です。ビックリしました。
ちなみに、電話は何度かして繋がったのが2回だけです。何十分も待たされるし、待ってる間はもちろん料金がかかります。2回とも片言の外国人で、1人は日本人の名前を名乗っていましたが、片言の日本語でした。
私の感じたのは、この会社の体質からして、何かトラブルがあった場合は、おそらく誠意ある対応をしないと思います。気をつけてください。
