I want to delete my account but there was no “delete account” link in my account page (neither on the app nor on the web).
“Contact” page is disabled.
Please help…

I rarely write app reviews but the experience using this app has been so frustrating that I was compelled to do so. This feels like an eReader developed by people who have never read an ebook themselves.

The main issue is that you need to scroll down to read a chapter, as swiping horizontally goes to the *next* chapter rather than next page. It’s very easy on a smartphone for a downward swipe to be detected as a horizontal one (especially on bigger smartphone devices where swiping with one’s thumb becomes a somewhat diagonal motion). This causes the reader to jump to the next chapter accidentally and when you swipe back, your place is lost so you have to scroll all the way down to try and find your place again.

Just reading the intro of a book, this occurred no less than 3 times. I can’t imagine trying to get through an entire chapter using this app.

The developers need to read The Design of Everyday Things and have a rethink about their UXUI because this eReader app fails in its purpose of allowing the user to read a book digitally. I’d give it zero stars if I could. 👎👎👎

There are some problem i m not really sure this problem is only in my book or not .
1. Font size is not equal some page appear small font (p14)
Some page appear large font size (even if i set it middle )
2. Scrolling motion is really bad every single time when i scroll down the page it goes to nest page

Result you need to fix it asap please~
