Unable to pay in offline envieonment

Boost app seems to always check internet connectivity before starting up app. That's why this app sometimes heavy.
So, you can't display QR code to pay offline area.
This is non-sense design; because user doesn't need to connect internet if casher scan QR code.
For instance, other rival apps(Grab, TnG) can display QR code without line.
This would be a big obstruction because there are many shops which have narrow internet connection.
