説明
Mit Call a Bike bist du rund um die Uhr spontan und flexibel mobil. Ob auf dem Weg zur Arbeit, im Feierabend oder während eines Städtetrips, mit Call a Bike kannst du jederzeit und deutschlandweit günstig ein Fahrrad mieten.
Insgesamt 13.000 Fahrräder stehen dir in über 80 Städten zur Verfügung. Mit der App kannst du auch ein Fahrrad von StadtRAD Hamburg und Lüneburg sowie RegioRadStuttgart ausleihen.
In der App werden alle Fahrräder auf einer interaktiven Karte dargestellt. Du kannst sie vor Ort über QR-Code oder durch Eingabe der Fahrradnummer ausleihen.
Deine Fahrt kannst du pausieren: einfach in der App aktivieren und das Fahrradschloss verschließen.
Zur Rückgabe bringst du das Fahrrad an eine der Call a Bike-Stationen, die du in der interaktiven Karte in der App findest.
Einzelheiten und Kosten zu deinen Fahrten hast du in deinen Buchungen jederzeit im Blick. Du kannst hier außerdem Gutscheincodes einlösen, Schäden melden und dein Kundenkonto verwalten.

NOT recommend
This app and service are almost like fraud. Contract says my Tarif includes 30mins free ride, more than 50% of the times, it charges you incorrectly without knowing the reason.
The worst time, it charged me 3 euros *10 times a day, which is 30 euros in total on the same bike which I didn’t use at all. Still in process of getting ‘customer support’ after many emails sent.
To all complaint sent to their ‘customer service’, you either get a automatic reply, or a super late reply which barely solves the problem.
As much as I’d like to support eco transportation, this service has made me think I’d rather spend the money on taxi.
The worst bike sharing system
I tried to use this system in Munich but it was just a waste of time and money.
I could not unlock the bike even after pausing the bike for some minutes. nevertheless It takes money from me as if I made a ride for a day. I am offering the refund via the questionnaire but, as the others said, their reply will be super-late(I have not received except for automatic reply in this 24 hours)…
I hope the app will get improved to react my pausing bike as fast as the automatic reply to the questionnaires.
Better to use Mobike, BYKE, Lime
Charge 5 EUR each time for obscure reason.
I subscribe KOMFORT ermäßigt (30 Minutes free).
However, they often charge 5 EUR for very short ride like 3-5 minutes.
I think I should have called a taxi.
Sometimes charges sometimes free, but the rules are not showed on your app.
In which case they charge 5 EUR...you can't check with the app.
I really wish other rent-bike services expel DB Bike away to reduce irrational charge in Germany.
Strongly not recommend. Don't subscribe it.
