名刺の認識レベル良し
名刺の認識レベルも高いですし、使い勝手がとにかく良いです。たしか、私はこのソフトを5年前に購入しましたが、今でも使い勝手が良く重宝しています。携帯の機種変更したあと、再度このソフトをダウンロードするのを忘れていましたが、やはり名刺交換の数が多くなり、手書き入力が面倒臭くなると、再度このソフトをダウンロードしました。当たり前の話ですが、IDとパスワードを手帳にメモしていたので、以前の沢山の名刺も全て復活しました。
camcardは私のオススメのアプリです。
サポートがひどい
有料版ユーザです。名刺情報のCRMとの連携を謳っているのですが、つながらないです。サポートとやりとりしてますが、心が折れそうです。いつのまにか中国製になったし。
Webから現象と操作手順を報告
↓
「アプリから操作手順を動画に撮るかスクショを送れ」とのメールの指示。
↓
現象再現ステップを録画したが、アプリからは動画が送れないことが判明。その旨返信。
各ステップごとのスクショと手順の説明をアプリから送信。
その時、写真のアップ枚数制限があり、手順を分割して送信した。
↓
「このメールボックスに動画を入れて下さい」と１行の返信。どこのメールボックスかわからなかったので、とりあえずそのメールに動画を添付して返信
↓
「エンタプライズ管理者にアクセスを許可してもらって下さい」と１行の返信。エンタープライズ管理者？
↓
CamCardは個人で利用しているからエンタープライズ管理者はいない旨返信
↓
「エンタープライズ管理者は会社のCRMの管理者です」との返信
→いまここ
おそらく日本語と日本の商慣習を知らない外国人が対応しているのでしょう。お金払ってしまったし、名刺管理はよくできてるので、使い続けるのかなぁ…
アップデートミス(自己解決)
以前の評価
最近、アプリが立ち上がることさえせず落ちるようになった。何度やっても同じ。iPhone6s
OSは11.41
とても使いやすかったし名刺も結構な数あったのにアクセスできないのでバックアップもできないのですごく困ってます。原因は何だろう。
その後自己解決しました。
私が説明書きをよく読んでいなかった可能性がありますが、ホーム画面を色々眺めているとCC 名刺認識アプリが２つ存在するのを発見しました。いつも落ちるCCとは別画面にあったCC名刺認識を立ち上げると問題なく動作するではありませんか。
以前のバージョンを削除して新バージョンをインストールする必要があったのですね。以降、以前と同様快適に使えています。ありがとう。
