Great app

Great app for both transport and food delivery. I love how we could use the points for donation. You guys should add more donation options.
The only time I had a bad experience was when a driver only gave me 20aed of change instead of 120aed but I never checked the amount until the car drove off. Remember to check your change before getting off when you’re paying with cash.

詐欺アプリなのでは

有名なガイドブックに載っていたので、ドバイ旅行で利用しました。ドバイ空港からホテルまで、利用していないのに後から金額の請求がありました。（実際は通常のタクシーを利用）こちらの操作ミスかと思い65AEDを支払いました。

再度ドバイモールからホテルまでCareemを利用しました。アプリの表示金額は24〜28AEDなのに44AED請求されました。しかも運転手にアプリ経由では支払えないので現金でと言われました。アプリ経由で支払いたいと伝えましたが断られます。
現金で50AEDを渡すと、追加で6AEDを払ってと言われました。お釣りが6AEDなので私ではなく、運転手が支払う金額だと3回ほど主張したら、渋々6AEDのお釣りを渡してきました。
黒人の男性運転手だったので、正直怖い気持ちもありましたが最低限の主張はしなくてはと思い伝えました。

待合せポイントに来る時も、ホテルに向かう時も不自然に遠回りをしていて、それを携帯のアプリの距離表示で請求してくるという手口です。
楽しく過ごしていたのに残念な気持ちでいっぱいになりました。

Careem Payも使う予定でしたが、VISAとMasterCardは利用できませんでした。（国際カードは受け付けないとメッセージが出ました）

どこでもほぼタッチレスのクレジットカードが利用できたので、無理にCareemアプリを使わなくても良いかもしれません。

Very Poor Customer Services

In Jordan, most of the drivers are good, but some drivers are quite rude and one of them took my personal possessions and left. I called customer services and tried to solve this incident, but their response was very poor. They even trusted the driver's excuse rather than taking into consideration my so bad experience. In addition, I was so disappointed that the driver still does his business with Careem without any penalty. I lost my bag because of Careem, and Careem is very helpless for such accidents. I hope this helps.
