7 Minutes in Hell Workout
Employing SCIENCE™ to compact an hours-long workout program into just 7 sweat-and-pop-culture-soaked minutes, CARROT will train you personally on exercises like Mt. Doom Climbs, Celebrity Face Punches, and Dragon Mating Dances.

You get 30 seconds for each of the 12 punishing exercises,* with 10 seconds of rest in between just in case you need to hydrate, catch your breath, or vomit into a bucket.

This diabolical interval workout can be completed anywhere, at any time, so you have no excuse not to be in fighting shape when the Robopocalypse begins.

*12 additional exercises can be unlocked via in-app purchase.

Awesome awesome awesome

I love this App! It’s definitely more geared towards us geeky types who like science fiction but the snarky comments are hilarious and keep you motivated.

First few workouts were really tough but now it’s just a good burn!

Are you a slob? Do you have dad bod?
I do. I use carrots as a complement to my programmed loose-the-dad bod routine.
It is refreshing;)

This App is like your best friend taunting you.

Great app! It's very tough at first.

So, don't be discouraged if you can't do all of it in one go.

Give up and try again 2 days later. Keep trying and you will get to level 2.

It gets more difficult, but it's always funny. I've been using it to build more muscle and it works.

I'm sure it works for people trying to lose weight as well because I've built muscle, sweat a lot, and have gotten more fit.

It's also super-funny. Small history facts, insults, etc. It's much like having a nerdy but strong friend saying you can / can't do something. You want to prove it right / wrong.

Give it a go.

It's also very effective because it's like being challenged by a bully.
