Duplicate booking

I had duplicate booking because there was no confirmation due to the app error. It just went back to home page after I filled out my payment information. I booked again because of that then there was a successful payment and I found out I had a duplicate booking that they didn’t cancel the transaction and insisted to be my travel fund.

when you log in, you’ll be connected to go rewards and from there you need to log in again and when you click “manage your booking” you need to log in again. i think i log in multiple times and i cannot do anything. please make your app useful

Useless App

It’s still directs me to the website and I have to log in a couple of times before l can access my account. Useless and a waste of time. I can’t even log in normally on the website. Please fix it.
