when you log in, you’ll be connected to go rewards and from there you need to log in again and when you click “manage your booking” you need to log in again. i think i log in multiple times and i cannot do anything. please make your app useful

Duplicate booking

I had duplicate booking because there was no confirmation due to the app error. It just went back to home page after I filled out my payment information. I booked again because of that then there was a successful payment and I found out I had a duplicate booking that they didn’t cancel the transaction and insisted to be my travel fund.

Cancellation Flight

I am thankful that CEB have a flight from Narita to Clark.
I had a mishap from CEB cancelling flight for no reason.
It is not you just change it travel fund...
We have all are plan. We are too busy and working too.
And the one thing seeing our family is the best gift in our self.
CEB improved much. And my appreciation.
More easy access using your apps and no more cancellation please.
Besides natural disasters of course.
