This App is also a resource for employment seekers in bridging the gaps, breaking barriers, and referencing valuable insights on navigating discrimination, racism, gender-based inequalities and other forms of systemic oppressions in the workplace. It seeks to equip employment seekers to find empowering tools to gainful employment opportunities and successfully navigate their career trajectories.
