Pick your favourite Spotify song and bring it to Chooning. Find friends with your same musical taste and interact with them. Share your thoughts and memories.

Everyday we have access to an unlimited amount of music from many different platforms. Even though this is definitely a historical achievement, music is becoming more and more a disposable product.
That’s why we created Chooning!
With Chooning we wanted to connect people’s hearts back to music. Spotify is such a great platform, but it lacks the social aspect. On the other hand Youtube comment sections are way too wild and out of control. Chooning offers you a new, human-centered way to live in this boundless universe of digital music.

音楽好きが集まるSNS
自分の好きな曲に思い出や思いや感想を乗せて300字以内で投稿できる。人の投稿を曲を聴くのと同時に読めるというのが思った以上におもしろくて毎日使ってしまいます。今までInstagramやTwitterで好きな音楽の話をしたくても興味を持ってくれそうな人がいなくてできずにいたのですが、このSNSの中には音楽を聴くのが好きな人が集まっているので、知らない曲でも投稿に興味を持って読んでもらえたり曲を聴いてもらえたりするのが楽しいです。好きなアーティストのページにそのアーティストの楽曲に対する色々な人の感想や思い出を読めるのも楽しいです。一曲に対して様々な人の熱量のある文章が集まる場所って今までになかった気がする。

テキストを添えて一曲シェアできるアプリです。
自分が気に入ってる音楽とか、メモしておきたい曲、イチオシしたい曲、是非聴いてほしいメジャーじゃない曲も、聴いてる時の気分とか、思い出と一緒にアーカイブ&発信できる。楽しいです。
友達の意外な音楽の趣味を知ったりするのも面白いし、知らない曲を仕入れるのにも使えて良い。
古い投稿も掘り返したり、見返したり(聞き返したり)リンクでシェアしたりしたいから、今後のアップデートに期待です。今はまだ最低限のシンプルな機能という程度。それはそれで良さもありますが、コメントもらった時のプッシュ通知くらいは用意してほしい。
新しい音楽に触れる機会を増やしてくれる
非音楽通にとって、新しい音楽に触れる機会はとても受動的で、TVやらSNSやらで浴びせられる情報を基になんかいいなと思って耳に残り、そこから検索してみるとかそんなレベル。
でもこのアプリがあれば、友人がどんな音楽をどんな思いで聞いているのか、半主体的に取りにいける。結果として、新しい音楽に触れる機会が増えると思いました。
アーティストのアカウントがあって、その人達の思いが綴られていればより嬉しいと思う人は多いだろうし、個人的には文化人がどんな音楽にどんな想いも持っているのか気になるので(雑誌でも、私の好きな本とか音楽とかのページって、その人の感受性に触れられるので面白い)、ユーザーが拡大することを願います。
