Why bother with changes

Im using three different bank apps and I’m still looking for one that has some useable functionality!
This app, like all the others, is just good for looking at your accounts but for any kind of actions , the good old website is still the only option! So, why bother with changes and new look?
Good point is the OTP function, thus ,3 stars

Backwards progress

They replaced a perfectly operational app with one that is cosmetically different and fails to perform basic operations. Congratulations to the team, real backwards progress. Of course, we’re forced to use this broken version, can’t go back to the one that used to work. Typical.

Does not open on new iPhone X Max!!!

Downloaded several times and doesn’t work on new iPhone Max. Same OS as my 6+. That worked fine so why not on this new phone ?
